LOCATION

 This property is located on FM 2765 north of El Campo. Travel East on FM 2765 from the intersection of Hwy. 71 N. and FM 2765 for 3.75 miles. The property will be on the North side of FM 2765.  You could also drive north from El Campo on Hwy. 71 N. Turn right onto FM 2546 and then right onto FM 2765. The property will be approximately .5 miles on the north side of FM 2765.
